Facilities and technology

Digital X-Rays

We perform x-rays based on individual needs. X-rays enable us to see all parts of teeth as well as the roots that cannot be seen during the routine exam. By looking at various shades of light and dark on film, it is possible to identify areas of decay very quickly, enabling us to perform the restorative treatment with the appropriate filling. Our digital x-ray equipment is efficient, comfortable for the patient and also much lower in radiation emissions than standard x-rays.

Intraoral camera

In addition to x-rays, we utilize imaging with an intraoral camera. This tiny device is no larger than a tooth brush. With built-in light, the intraoral camera shows us an up-close image of various tooth surfaces. Using this instrument, we can catch slight problems such as fractures, decay, and inflammation in gum tissue.

When we use the intraoral camera, you are able to see the teeth on our computer display. This also allows us to include you in your or your child's dental care in a way not previously possible. Your direct view of the exam process empowers you to partner with us in the prevention and treatment of dental problems

DIAGNOdent laser cavity detection

This special instrument provides us with an additional method of identifying tooth decay in its earliest stages. The DIAGNOdent laser cavity finder is run across the surface of teeth during routine exams, alerting us to abnormalities that indicate a cavity may be forming.

Call Now Message Us

"I have always been very nervous about dental appointments, but Dr. Mathew and her team were so gentle and caring, that by the end of my appointment I was laughing and having fun. I told my friends, I never had so much fun at a Dental appointment before and they wanted to see who this Dentist is. So I brought my friend with me on my next visit and he got to see how Dr. Mathew and her team go the extra mile to make it a caring and fun filled atmosphere. "
